Returns Policy: Returns will be accepted on unused items within seven days of delivery. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please e mail requests for return authorization numbers to info@shoestuff4less.com, a RA# will be e mailed to you within 2 business days. When your item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your account. Only the cost of the item will be refunded, not any original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Merchandise: Please contact us immediately if the item you receive is not the item that you have ordered, is in some way defective, or has been damaged during shipping.
Warranties: Shoestuff4less.com offers no warranties express or implied on items sold on this site. All warranties are at the manufacturers guidelines and solely their responsibility.
